Pradeep Mullick the Managing Director of Haandi Group of Restaurants, is a professional culinary graduate from world renowned “Pusa Institution of Catering” located in New Delhi. A Master Chef in every sense of the word, Pradeep owes his mastery to an in-born knack for creativity and sheer talent in the field of culinary. His unique talents have not gone unnoticed and he is listed by the “International Who’s Who of Chefs, USA, among the best 3000 Chefs in the World.
His is a journey of zeal that started right after graduation when he joined the Taj Group and Sheraton Hotels new Delhi. After his cooking stint in the Indian capital, Pradeep worked in Mombasa for 4 years before venturing into Haandi after gaining valuable experience in evaluating the Taste buds of the discerning Kenyan patrons.
Having honed his skills to perfection, he was now ready to venture out on his own and thus joined hands with a couple of friends to establish the Haandi Group of Restaurants in 1991. With five outlets in Kenya churning out the very best of North Indian cuisine, Haandi Group is an important cog in the wheels of the Tourist Industry. Being the brain behind the fast growing Haandi group, Mr Mullick personally trains every Haandi Chef in his unique style of North Indian Cuisine. All the recipes are prepared personally by him, as to maintain uniformity in taste and quality.
