No one knows this better than Giuliano Zanette who has dedicated his life to the Hospitality Industry. Since Giuliano's early years growing up in his native Italy, a country known worldwide for its authentic magical spark in culinary and restaurant industry, he developed an undying passion for cooking and has been on it since 1972.
Giuliano has traveled across Europe working in some of the best Hotels and Restaurants around the continent; amercing valuable experience and making a name in the industry.
Giuliano arrived in Kenya in 1990 and joined the International Casino stable as Executive Senior Chef; then in 2002 he moved to Block Hotels in the same position.
In 2004 Giuliano decided to branch out on his own and hence the inception of Mediterraneo Restaurant one of the most renowned fine dining restaurants in Nairobi.
Throughout his life Giuliano has dedicated himself to the pursuance of excellence through his food and has an eager whim to constantly change and improve. But the true art Giuliano possesses is the innate ability to make people feel welcome and the way he effortlessly yet sufficiently caters to the various taste's of his guests.
